Industrial Park

The Industrial Park complex consists of three separate buildings: an industrial building with workshops for furniture manufacturing, PVC and aluminum joinery, and metalworking; a warehouse facility with two individual storage units; and an office building with three floors and underground parking.

Office area – the new building will have three floors, all linked by an elevator. Beneath it, there will be an underground parking garage with easy vehicle access via a covered ramp. The first floor will include five separate showrooms, which can be merged if needed. The second and third floors will each contain six independent offices, also with the option to combine them.

The warehouse will cover a total area of 1,680 square meters, with a clear height of 10.5 meters and a width of 25 meters. It will be split into two storage units.
