ROD construction company was founded by experts responsible for some of the most iconic buildings in our country.
Over the last 25 years, ROD's founders have built over 80 buildings, earning multiple awards.
Our goal is for each project to represent a well-executed concept of a functional home with low operating costs and high energy efficiency. We prioritize the comfort and experience of all owners and users, reducing potential maintenance responsibilities. We understand that generations will grow up in the buildings we create.
Thus, we aim to establish a foundation for a peaceful, clean, and secure home in the future.

ROD has been honored with the Most Innovative Construction Company in Bulgaria award by BUILD magazine's construction awards.
ROD nowadays
Recently, the ROD team has been engaged in several major projects in Sofia. A gated community of six standalone houses is nearing completion and is almost ready for occupancy. We are also constructing a Class A office building and a warehouse facility in downtown Sofia. In a few months, we will begin developing a boutique residential building in downtown Sofia, as well as a gated community of eleven standalone houses.
